The membership section is where you can navigate, create and manage all of your memberships as well as the courses within each membership.
Adding a membership
To add a new membership navigate to the memberships page then select the button in the right hand corner that says "Add Membership".
Once selected this button will initiate the Membership Setup Wizard and help you to create your membership in just a few easy steps.
Managing your membership
You can use this page to manage memberships. View your memberships in one place. If you want to edit one of your memberships, it's branding, design or anything within a membership. Navigate to the membership and click on it's name.
This will then load up the membership editor and you'll be able to make changes to your membership.
Adding a course
If you want to quickly add a new course to a membership it can be done from this memberships page. Navigate to the membership you want the course added to. Select the + button and a new course will be automatically added.
You will then automatically be taken to the course editing page where you can plan and add course contents.
A courses status can be viewed and adjusted from your memberships page. There are two types of classifications 'Draft' and 'Published'.
Draft: This means that a course has been saved but not yet published. It is not yet publicly viewable or purchasable.
Published: This means that a course has been saved and published. Students can purchase the course and the course contents are live and accessible within your membership.
Within your membership dashboard there are a wide range of quick links you can use to take certain actions that relate to listed courses.
These actions include:
Publish/Unpublish: You can use this menu to publish or unpublish your courses. Depending on whether a course is unpublished or published you can change it's status with this link.
View as a student: Use this link to preview a course. Open a course and view the course as a user.
View all students: Use this link to go directly to your student management dashboard. View the students who belong to your course as well as manage those students.
Copy: Use this button to create a duplicate of your course.
Share: If you're giving away your course for free then select this URL to generate a registration url you can share. If you're charging for your course then this link will generate a link to your checkout you can use to sell your course.
Settings: Use this button to open course settings. Here you can customize your course, your checkout page and set up integrations.
Delete: You can choose to delete a course by selecting 'Delete' within a courses menu. Before the course is deleted you will be asked to confirm again that you would like to carry out this action.
Edit Content: This is a quick link that takes you to your course editor page. You can then edit the contents of your course.
