This section of Analytics is a very valuable one. It helps you to quiz &/or test your students on what they are learning. You can choose to grant entry to a future module depending on a particular pass mark being met, you can find out how well your students are learning your content. You can also survey students to see what they think of your course and whether there are ways you can improve it using this tool.
To add a quiz or test to your course it needs to be done through your course creation page. You can see how to do it here.
In this article we're going to be looking in-depth into what the analytics of this feature offer and how you can use the data that you generate.
First to navigate to this feature login to your member app software. From there go to 'Analytics' in the sidebar. Once you've got into analytics you'll see a secondary menu here:
Visit this secondary menu and navigate to and select 'Quiz & Test Results'.
In this menu you'll be able to see student results from any quiz's or test's that are active within your courses.
Inside of this Quiz & Test results dashboard are a wide range of useful tools.
First you can use our filtering options to choose which membership, courses or time period you would like to review results for.
You can see an overview of the tests that have been completed. These include:
Total Students:
Total Finished Tests:
Successful Finished Tests:
Failed Finished Tests:
You can under this data also see a breakdown of your students results and the average performance of your students across the board:
If you want to navigate to specific students within your courses then you can use our individual student results. Navigate to this option within the page:
And search for a student either based on their name, email or you can manually scroll through the different student results for your course.
Once you've found a student you would like to review you can select their name to view their profile and overall course completion. You can also see which test they've taken.
Finally you can navigate to the very bottom to find out which topics and questions your students most struggle with. It shows the questions that are most frequently answered incorrectly by your students so you can make adjustments or add additional training to help your students with these areas that might need improvement.
