At Member App we love receiving feedback and feature requests from our users. If there is a 3rd party integration you believe would be beneficial for members within this community then we would love to hear from you.
You can request a new integration by first logging into Member App. Navigate to your membership dashboard and choose any course or start creating a new one.
Click on the three dot icon located on the right.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Go the the Integration step of the Course Setup Wizard.
At the bottom of the page you will see a blue button 'Request a new action integration'.
Click on it to open a slider.
Fill in the information about your request and click 'Send'.
We will review your request and based on how many requests we get for your suggested integration we will make a decision on when to add it in.
Sometimes integration requests can be processed and updated within days. Other times it can take us months. To speed up the time your integration gets added in you can invite other users of member app inside of our Facebook group to also submit requests for that same integration. This can speed up the process of us adding the integration in.
