If you're unsure what price to charge for your course then in this article I hope to clarify what the pricing options are inside of Member App and what prices you can set for your courses.
First of all depending on the goal of your course you can either choose to giveaway your course, charge a one time cost, a monthly cost or a yearly cost.
To learn how to set these different pricing options you can go through our help article here.
Here are some different scenarios when you might use different types of pricing that we offer within Member App:
Free courses are usually created as a way of generating leads or alternatively giving away a course as a bonus to a customer for making another purchase from you.
Free courses are able to be created within the software by setting your price of your course at $0. You can find out how to do that here.
2. One Time:
Most of the courses sold on the internet are sold for a one time price. This is the most popular pricing option because there is no commitment and quite often a course is laid out in such a way that someone can complete the course within a set period. There is no ongoing elements the creator has built-into the course so they're happy to sell it for a one time price.
You can charge a one time price for your courses by following the instructions laid out within this training here.
3. Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions:
Courses that charge monthly subscriptions do best when there is a good reason for your students to stay on. You can do this through Drip feeding content, Q&A webinars, creating a community Facebook group, engaging your students with tests, polls, quizzes & comments or creating a specific goal your students can work towards over 12 - 18 months. You can learn how to setup a monthly subscription payment for your courses here. If you want to setup an annual or yearly subscription you can find out how to here.
If you're short of ideas about how you can engage your students, improve their experience and build courses they love then you can visit our blog here.
