There are a number of ways you can filter your students within your Student Dashboard. In this article you'll learn the easiest ways of finding students who have enrolled in a specific membership, course or an individual student you want to learn more about.
The Student Management Dashboard includes a 3 main ways that you can filter your audience.
1. Student Search
You can type in the name or the email of a student to find that student within your search results. Simply navigate to the 'Student Search' form here:
Then type in a name or an email.
You can use this student search to find a specific student who has emailed into your support desk. You can then look more closely at their progress through your course, edit their information, download previous invoices or simply review their account.
2. Filter By Membership
You can filter by Membership by selecting the Membership dropdown located at the top of the Student Management Dashboard.
Select this dropdown if you want to find what students belong to a particular Membership.
3. Filter By Course
You can filter by course by first selecting the Membership the course is inside. Then navigating to the 'Course Search' dropdown. Select this dropdown to find what students belong to a particular course.
