To connect your your own domain to Member App, you need to set-up a proper A record for your domain. The A records has to point to the IP of the Memberapp server. The IP value can be found on your domain settings page.
Your students can now access your memberships and courses by visiting your custom domain.
Please, bear in mind that any change in DNS records takes some time. A good rule of thumb is to wait for 24 hours after you've made the changes. If it takes longer, but you are sure you've set up everything correctly, you may consider contacting our support.
