When you want to connect a domain to Member App then you will need to connect your domain to our DNS records. You can view our article here on how to do that.
If you are unsuccessful in connecting your domain to our DNS records. Or alternatively if there is an error which is showing then there may be an issue. If the issue is that there are 'no records' within a DNS then you can resolve the issue following these steps:
Login to your domain registrar (Where your domain is located).
Navigate to where your domain is located and select the option to add a new record.
A new record will then appear. Select A as Type, @ for Host and provide the correct IP address for the Member App server, which can be found on your domain settings page.
Click 'Save' to add the record. The record will now appear in your DNS records list.
