Member App applies soft deletes to user data removal. You can restore a deleted student's account within 30 days after removal.
To restore a deleted student's account please contact the support at email@example.com. Make note that student's account is scheduled to be completely erased after 30 days have passed. There'll be no way to restore student's data after that time. In case you've deleted a student's account by mistake, contact our support as soon as possible. Processing a restore request may also take some time.
When contacting the support, please make sure to supply the data necessary to identify the data you'd like to restore. When requesting to restore a deleted student's account, include student's email and the name or id of membership was registered for. This will let the support agent to quickly identify the account and restore student's data.
To find the ID of your membership, go to the dashboard and open your membership for editing. Look at the address bar. It will contain a number. This number is the ID of membership.
The name of the membership will be displayed in the 'Membership Name' field.
