Member App applies soft deletes to user data removal. You can restore a deleted course within 30 days after removal.
To restore a deleted course please contact the support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make note that course is scheduled to be completely erased after 30 days have passed. There'll be no way to restore a course after that time. In case you've deleted a course by mistake, contact our support as soon as possible. Processing a restore request may also take some time.
When contacting the support, please make sure to supply the data necessary to identify the data you'd like to restore. When requesting to restore a deleted course, include the name or id of such course. This will let the support agent to quickly identify the account and restore the data of the course.
To find the ID of your course, go to the dashboard and open your course settings. Look at the address bar. It will contain a number. This number is the ID of the course.
The name of the course will be displayed in the 'Course Name' field.
